You must have attained the age of 13 to be able to use and access our Services. If such cases of minors, the registration and use of our Services must be with the supervision of an adult.

However, as our users are aware that no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure and there is always a risk involved and we cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that cybercriminals, hackers, or unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, however, we shall try our best to protect and safeguard our user’ personal information and make efforts to provide safe and secure Services to our users but shall not be held responsible for any actions of third parties that are beyond our reasonable control. We do not hold responsibility for any AI-generated content that could infringe on someone's intellectual property (IP) rights. The users are requested to access our Services within a secure environment.

5.  HOW LONG THE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED RETAINED FOR?

We put in measures that the Personal Information provided by our users in our possession, is destroyed and/or anonymized as soon as and in any case, whenever it is reasonable to assume that
